چکیده

Abstract This paper is based on the study of compact stars in context electric fields and nonmetricity effects gravity. Due to this, we are motivated build stellar models spherically symmetric space-time f ( Q ) The solution obtained by Durgapal Bannerji (Phys Rev D 27:328–331,1983) potential along with modified Van der Waals equation state (EoS) $$p_r=\eta \rho ^2+ \frac{\beta }{\gamma +1}$$ p r = η ρ 2 + β γ 1 introducing a specific form charge function $$q(r)=kr^3$$ q ( ) k 3 . In order validate our model, used observational data from literature for celestial objects like Her X-1, 4U 1538-52, SAX J1808.4-3658, SMC X-1. Furthermore, have also retrieved uncharged gravity model X-1 taking $$k=0$$ 0 Our present physical analysis shows that all features excellent agreement viable as far concerned.

Van der Waals interaction in uniaxial anisotropic media.

Van der Waals interactions between flat surfaces in uniaxial anisotropic media are investigated in the nonretarded limit. The main focus is the effect of nonzero tilt between the optical axis and the surface normal on the strength of the van der Waals attraction. General expressions for the van der Waals free energy are derived using the surface mode method and the transfer-matrix formalism. To...

A Modified van der Waals Mixture Theory for Associating Fluids: Application to Ternary Aqueous Mixtures

In this study a simple and general chemical association theory is introduced. The concept of infinite equilibrium model is re-examined and true mole fractions of associated species are calculated. The theory is applied to derive the distribution function of associated species. As a severe test the application of presented theory to the van der Waals mixture model is introduced in order to p...

Anisotropic Charge Distribution and Anisotropic van der Waals Radius Leading to Intriguing Anisotropic Noncovalent Interactions

Although group (IV-VII) nonmetallic elements do not favor interacting with anionic species, there are counterexamples including the halogen bond. Such binding is known to be related to the charge deficiency because of the adjacent atom's electron withdrawing effect, which creates σ/π-holes at the bond-ends. However, a completely opposite behavior is exhibited by N2 and O2, which have electrosta...

Van der Waals interactions with soft interfaces

Many naturally occurring microbiological and synthetic polymer systems have soft interfaces due, e.g., to the presence of polymer brushes at the surfaces. The initial interactions (before contact) in such systems are typically physical rather than chemical in origin, e.g. electrostatic or van der Waals forces. We calculate the form of the summed van der Waals interaction energies UHS and USS be...
